In most cases, our deployment projects are designed to transition what we have helped to build into live service, supporting the service 24×7 global support. We will manage the availability, quality, and security of the service with our 24×7 service operations team.
Our service transition team supports the smooth introduction of the service itself as well as new features and enhancements into the customer environment – all governed by change control to ensure uninterrupted service.
Our technical account management team works with you as an extension of your team to make sure your service continues to deliver real value, tracks vendor releases and new features, and ensure that the service continues to meet the specific requirements of the customer’s organisation – the customer consumes UC services as their organisation requires, while we manage and support them as a trusted adviser and service provider.
