The existing Senior Management Team acquires Applicable Ltd from NTT Ltd. to enable large enterprises to leverage the power of M365 and UCaaS

Applicable Provides Comprehensive M365 Managed Service and Advisory Support for Microsoft E3/5 Customers.

Applicable also offers Managed Services covering all Microsoft 365 Workloads via a 24x7x365 ITIL-based ISO27001:2013 / SOC2 Service Desk.

The acquisition will further streamline operational efficiencies and enhance clients’ user experience by transitioning tasks, or full estate management, to our global, industry-leading, certified technology specialists. 

Applicable has a depth of Expertise in Microsoft 365 & UC Voice Services, Global Networking, Data Security and Change Management positions and is a global force in deploying Cloud Microsoft 365 & UC services for Large Enterprises. 

LONDON, 28 March 2024 — The Senior Management Team of Applicable, one of the largest and fastest-growing providers of Microsoft 365 and Unified Communications & Collaboration services, today announced the acquisition of Applicable Limited from NTT Ltd. Located in Bristol, Applicable is a leading provider of Microsoft 365 Cloud & Unified Communications and enterprise voice services.

Applicable has over 20 years of experience and success in building, implementing and managing cloud-based Microsoft 365 technologies for large enterprises. The acquisition will enable the Management Team to expand the global footprint of the company and further promote the value of Microsoft 365 & Unified Communications services to large and global companies. Applicable’s expert team already host more than 500,000 Microsoft users through its global private cloud service operations certified against ISO/IEC 27001:2013.

Applicable will separate from NTT Ltd. and run independently, continuing to focus on product development with a long-term strategic plan at the core of its operation. With this acquisition, Applicable strengthens its position as an independent provider of Microsoft 365 & UC solutions available to the Large Enterprise market.
